* Listen and repeat (A1):
- Schedules (n) Lịch trình thời gian.
- Revise the structures:
What time is it ? = What’s the time ?
Giờ chẵn: It’s cardinal number + o’clock.
Giờ hơn: It’s minutes + past + hours.
It’s hours minutes.
Giờ kém: It’s minutes + to + hours.
+ A quarter = 15’ (fifteen).
+ Half (past) = 30’ (thirty).
A.M: 0h - 12h. P.M: 12h - 24h.
T: guides Ss to read new words
Ss read new words in class/ groups/ individually
3/Practice
A1: Listen and repeat
T: asks Ss to look at the clocks and read the time below
Ss: listen to the tape and repeat
Call on some Ss to read aloud before the class
Ss: practice asking and answering the time
